The island Murter is situated on the most beautiful place on the Adriatic Sea. It is surrounded with sandy beaches and perfectly clear blue sea. In the summer time the temperature of the sea is around 25 degrees celsius. Besides that, Murter is an ideal place for "sea bears" and sailing lovers because it is the point of departure for Kornati Islands National park. Murter is located between towns Zadar (50 km) and Sibenik (20 km). It has around 2000 inhabitants.

In Murter there is everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Supermarkt, post office, bank, pharmacy, gas station and many other services are available. Apart form the activities offered at the beaches there are football, basketball and tennis courts. For the bikers there is also very interesting old road connecting places Murter and Tisno.
